Angry Birds are coming to World of Golf London!
Toptracer has teamed up with the creators of the internationally acclaimed franchise and its gang of adorably irritable avians.
The object of the game is simple. With each shot, players fling frustrated Angry Birds characters through the air to smash down virtual structures, defeat the pigs, and earn as many stars and points as possible. The perfect way to introduce youngsters to golf!
Learn more about some of the characters you’ll encounter:
The Blues
Bursting with boisterous energy, Jay, Jim, and Jake (A.K.A. The Blues) are three thrill-seeking siblings who charge into outrageous adventures together. Whether they’re building a clubhouse or launching a hatchling into outer space (oops), their bright and mischievous ideas usually lead to danger – and on good days, MORE danger.
Bomb
Bomb is a bit of a dim bulb with a heart of gold. As his name suggests, Bomb has a special condition that causes him to unexpectedly detonate when he’s angry, excited, or scared.
Though he tries to keep it under control, he has always found self-restraint just slightly out of reach. However, his explosive power has gotten him out of a pinch more than a few times.
Bomb is a charming bird with a wicked sense of humour, a loveable, loyal friend to those who will have him.
Chuck
Chuck is the fastest bird on Bird Island – he thinks fast, talks fast and moves even faster. While his impulsive nature and endless commentary often lands him in hot water, he’s usually able to get out of that water, fast.
Chuck speaks without a filter, so you never know just what will come out, and he jumps from one thought to the next without waiting for anyone to catch up. Fiercely competitive, Chuck strives to be a hero, but lacks the discipline or the attention span to make it happen.
Red
The O.G. Angry Bird, Red has become famous for channelling his anger and directing it at the green, egg-stealing pigs. Despite his aloof demeanour, Red has become a hero in the bird community, using his leadership skills to rally the entire flock of Angry Birds against their piggy rivals. To Red, keeping the eggs safe is the highest priority – even if that means he has to maybe interact with others from time to time.
