If you need to, now is the time to make swing adjustments
Winter is here and now is the time to make the changes you need to make to your golf game to enjoy the sport more in 2026. I always worry when customers come for lessons in the peak of the season and require large changes to their technique. Why do this in the middle of the playing season? There is normally a bedding in period for any swing changes, which can lead to a rough patch for the student out on the course.
Winter is the time to make adjustments
Now the dark evenings and the cold wet weather means far less playing time on the course. If you are thinking about making changes to your swing, now is the time to get on with them. On the range, it doesn’t matter if the standard of the shot deteriorates temporarily. If you work on any changes, with the support of expert tuition, you should find that by the time the clocks go forward, your adjustments are well and truly ingrained.
At World of Golf London, you can enjoy the help of PGA professionals that offer private coaching. Alternatively, our incredible value Improver classes – just £2 per hour for the coaching, plus a £12 fee for the use of the bay – offer amazing value. Not only will you improve your golf game, but you also won’t break the bank to do so.
